Recently, the official winners’ list of the Shenzhen Employees’ Innovation Achievement Competition was formally announced. ASM stood out with its solid technical breakthroughs and innovation-driven practices, winning the Silver Award for Outstanding Innovation Achievements in the “20+8” Industrial Clusters.
深圳市职工“五小”创新成果竞赛，由深圳市总工会联合市科技创新局、市工业和信息化局、市人力资源和社会保障局、市市场监督管理局共同主办。大赛以企业和产业实际需求为导向，广泛动员职工开展“小发明、小创造、小革新、小设计、小建议”等群众性创新活动。
The Shenzhen Employees’ Innovation Achievement Competition is jointly organized by the Shenzhen Federation of Trade Unions, in collaboration with the Municipal Science, Technology and Innovation Commission, the Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau. Guided by the actual needs of enterprises and industries, the competition extensively mobilizes employees to engage in mass innovation activities, including “small inventions, small creations, small improvements, small designs, and small suggestions.”
竞赛紧扣深圳 “20+8”产业集群发展布局，系统搭建集创新展示、成果转化、技能提升于一体的职工创新平台。参赛项目广泛覆盖人工智能、新能源、智能网联汽车、生物医药等战略性新兴产业集群核心领域。在此次竞赛中，安盛凭借模具创新技术脱颖而出，获得了评委们的高度认可。
Closely aligned with Shenzhen’s “20+8” industrial cluster development strategy, the competition systematically establishes a workforce innovation platform that integrates innovation showcase, achievement commercialization, and skills enhancement. The participating projects extensively cover core areas of strategic emerging industrial clusters, including artificial intelligence, new energy, intelligent connected vehicles, and biomedicine. In this competition, ASM distinguished itself through its innovative mould technologies, earning high recognition from the judging panel.
